Executive Assistant
Bailey Hundley joined Bridgeway in 2025 in the role of Executive Assistant providing support to the Distribution, Marketing and Client Service team. She brings more than 18 years of diverse administrative experience across various industries including finance, private equity and energy. Most recently she served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Encino Energy, an oil & natural gas acquisition company. Bailey holds a B.S. in Marketing & Communications from University of Wyoming, Laramie. Outside of work, Bailey enjoys fitness, golf, interior design, organizing, and event planning. She greatly values supporting others in achieving personal and professional success and serves as an Advisory Board Member of Admin Awards and volunteers for Dress for Success Houston.
