Brie Darragh, CFA, is the Chief Compliance Officer, and leads Bridgeway’s Investment Operations and Technology teams, overseeing trade flow, middle and back office, custody, transfer agency, client reporting, marketing materials production, and the firm’s technology infrastructure. She brings more than two decades of experience in the investment management industry with extensive investment operations and client service experience. Prior to joining Bridgeway in 2024, Brie was the Director of Operations at Spouting Rock Asset Management, where she led both the investment operations and client service teams while implementing efficient operating models across the various business lines. During her tenure at Aberdeen, Brie held roles in the investment division leading investment risk and oversight for private markets strategies globally. In 2026, Brie took over the role of Chief Compliance Officer and now oversees the design and implementation of Bridgeway’s compliance program, including annual review and testing.

Brie earned a BA in French and Sociology from Tulane University and an MBA from Temple University. She is a CFA Charterholder. Passionate about helping young people build confidence and community, Brie volunteers with Kanna for All—a nonprofit she helped launch to bring fitness and fun to children in her local community. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Covenant House Pennsylvania supporting the belief that every young person deserves a home.

Laura Ruiz Zavaleta joined Bridgeway in 2022 and has over six years of experience in compliance. Laura is responsible for trade support, portfolio compliance, securities lending, liquidity risk management, and valuation functions. Before joining Bridgeway, she worked as a Compliance Associate at Main Street Capital Corporation and Compliance Analyst at TransNetwork LLC.

Laura earned her MBA from Rice University and a BA in Financial Management from Tec de Monterrey in Mexico. She volunteers at Houston Pets Alive and is excited to engage more with her new colleagues on service opportunities.

Clay Harp joined Bridgeway in 2022 and has more than five years of experience in operations. He is responsible for overseeing and supporting client service functions, reconciliations, client reporting, and process improvement. Prior to joining Bridgeway, Clay worked as an operations analyst at Bowen, Miclette & Britt Insurance Agency.

Clay graduated with a BBA in Finance from Sam Houston State University and holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses. He participates in local outreach with his church and supports health and community development charities.

Nico Reyes joined Bridgeway in 2022. He is a Client Service and Marketing Analyst supporting the DMC and Operations teams at Bridgeway. Prior to joining Bridgeway, Nico worked in data operations for Major League Baseball and held roles in marketing and finance at the University of Houston.

Nico earned a BBA in Finance and an MS in Marketing from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston and holds a FINRA Series 7 license. He also volunteers at several local public schools.

Ann Srubar is Director of Investment Operations. She joined Bridgeway in 2018 and is responsible for portfolio operations and project management. She has over 25 years of investment management industry experience, primarily in investment operations. Before joining Bridgeway, Ann served as Director of Investment Operations at Stephens Investment Management Group, as Chief Operating Officer for Brasada Capital Management, and Chief Operating Officer – Investments for AIM Management (currently Invesco).

Ann graduated with a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University. She volunteers with the Caring Aggies Mentor Program (CAMP) and has done several mission trips to Guatemala with Hearts in Motion. She also supports charities focused on the homeless and education.
