Seema Ackerman
Head of Distribution, Marketing, and Client Service
Seema Ackerman is the Head of Distribution, Marketing, and Client Service for Bridgeway Capital Management. She is responsible for leading strategic sales initiatives, relationship management, communication, and client service.
Prior to joining Bridgeway in 2025, Seema was a Managing Director in the Institutional Business at BlackRock. Prior to joining BlackRock, she was a Managing Director at Oxford Financial Group, a privately held multi-family office. Seema’s extensive experience includes a decade at Goldman Sachs, as a Vice President and Regional Director in the firm’s asset management division. She also worked at JPMorgan Asset Management advising institutional clients on portfolio allocation and construction. Seema began her career as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank Securities.
Seema graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana‐Champaign, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Technology and Management. She also earned her Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. The child of first-generation immigrants from Mumbai, Seema speaks Marathi and enjoys traveling with her family, cycling, and taking an active role in her community.
Susan Gradascevic
Director of Product Marketing
Susan Gradascevic joined Bridgeway in 2026 as Director of Product Marketing. She is responsible for product positioning, marketing strategy, and investment content across Bridgeway’s systematic equity and market neutral strategies.
Susan brings over 20 years of experience in asset management distribution, marketing, and strategy. Most recently she consulted for global asset and wealth managers on growth strategy, operating models, and market expansion. Prior to consulting, she served as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of International Retail Marketing at Amundi Asset Management’s US subsidiaries. Earlier in her career, she held senior positions at TCW and Société Général Asset Management in sales, marketing, and product management in Paris, Geneva, and Los Angeles.
Susan holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of International Business from Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. Outside of Bridgeway, Susan is an avid runner who enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Karen Bater
Director of Advisory and Intermediary Relations
Karen Bater is the Director of Advisory and Intermediary Relations at Bridgeway Capital Management. Karen joined Bridgeway in 2026 and brings over 20 years of experience to the firm. Throughout her career, she has led investment teams across high-yield, emerging-markets, and core fixed-income strategies, partnering with institutional investors, consultants, and wealth management organizations to develop long-term investment solutions and navigate complex market environments.
Prior to joining Bridgeway, Karen was a Senior Client Portfolio Manager at Aberdeen, where she supported Emerging Market Debt strategies across North America. Earlier in her career, she held senior portfolio management and leadership roles at Standish Mellon Asset Management, NWD Investments, Inc., Wells Fargo, and Fidelity Bank.
Karen earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and is a CFA Charterholder. Outside the office, she enjoys travel, wellness, and landscape design, and is actively involved with the CFA Society of Philadelphia through committee service and membership activities. She also serves on the Investment Committee for The Foundation for Delaware County, where she contributes her investment expertise and commitment to supporting organizations that create a positive impact in the community.
David Vandergriff
Director of Institutional Sales and Client Relations
David Vandergriff joined Bridgeway in 2024 as Director of Institutional Sales and Client Relations. In this role, he is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and consultants.
Before joining the firm, David held similar positions at OakBrook Investments, Allegiant Asset Management, Banc One Investment Advisors, and, most recently, Christian Brothers Investment Services. Before entering the institutional investment management business, he worked with Inland Real Estate, selling commercial real estate in Chicago.
David received a BA in English from Wabash College and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. He is eager to join his Bridgeway colleagues in serving charitable causes.
Ravneet Dhillon, CFA
Director of Investment Performance and Risk Management
Ravneet Dhillon, CFA, oversees Performance Measurement and Risk Reporting at Bridgeway and significantly contributes to large-scale technology transformation initiatives. Additionally, he serves as the Chair of the Portfolio Innovation and Risk Committee. Before joining Bridgeway, Ravneet worked in Investment Management at Mackenzie Investments, where his responsibilities included daily portfolio management activities and quantitative research. In his preceding role at Mackenzie Investments, Ravneet led a team focused on Performance Measurement and Investment Analytics.
Ravneet holds a Master’s degree in Financial Innovation & Technology from Queen’s University, is a CFA Charterholder, and has fulfilled the educational requirements for the CMT designation. Outside of his professional commitments, Ravneet actively volunteers at local temples.
