Chief Operating Officer

Linda Giuffré, CPA, is Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Bridgeway Capital Management.  She is responsible for executing the firm’s strategy to support business growth.  Linda has over 30 years of experience in operations, compliance, and accounting in the investment management industry.  She also served as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) from May 2004 through June 2026.

Linda holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. She supports educational opportunities for underprivileged children.
